PAYMENT METHOD

For all services, a valid Credit Card accepted by GSTRAVELER must be shown for the pre-authorization of the renter’s liability as well as the settlement of final rental charges (for non-prepaid reservations).

DEPOSIT FOR GUARANTEE

For rentals in Greece, upon pick up of the vehicle, GSTRAVELER will pre-authorize an amount from the driver’s credit card as a deposit for a guarantee which will be fully refunded at the end of the rental, provided no other charges arise. Please note that the refund can take up to 14 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card. The amount of the deposit varies according to the motorcycle type. Specifically:

BOOKING PREPAYMENT

The lease for the requested period and the selected motorcycle or tour shall be prepaid by credit card or a bank deposit of 30% of the amount. The bank accounts that you can make the deposit are:

CANCELLATION TERMS

Upon cancellation of a booking, there is no refund of the prepayment, if the cancellation is made in less than 30 days from the start date. If the cancellation is notified in writing to the company more than 30 days from the start date, then 30% of the deposit will be refunded.

VAT is included in all prices
